Greyson Engineer Elliot Dierksen Supports Marine Science Mission with Scubanauts International

Distinguished Engineer Elliot Dierksen participated in a Scubanauts International summer mission to Grenada, supporting a group of young divers as they conducted marine science research and exploration.

Scubanauts International is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing the next generation of marine scientists through hands on ocean exploration, research, and conservation. During the mission, students worked on marine science projects focused on benthic environments and fish populations, presenting their findings at the end of the week.

The expedition also gave students the opportunity to study coral reef ecosystems and marine habitats firsthand, helping them build real world research, teamwork, and scientific skills.

Elliot served as part of the adult dive support team, mentoring students and helping guide the group throughout the expedition.

At Greyson Technologies, we are proud to have team members like Elliot who dedicate their time outside of work to education, mentorship, and scientific discovery.
