Account Manager

The Account Manager will perform as a quota carrying salesperson responsible for the sale of Greyson solutions in primarily new accounts in the South Florida region. This is a highly autonomous role requiring a proactive, strategic and dynamic IT Sales Professional.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing assigned acquisition accounts and will take responsibility for the penetration of new product sales, as well as growing our professional services and managed services business. IT field sales experience and a track record in IT Solutions selling are required.

Responsibilities

  • Directly drive the sale of Greyson client and enterprise Solutions to new accounts in the territory
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales team, pre-sales, and post-sales technical resources
  • Manage and develop a territory to increase market share and revenue
  • Prospect actively daily for new business and direct client engagement
  • Leverage manufacturing partners and third party services partners to provide business-relevant IT solutions to the client
  • Carry out all aspects of the sale including solution qualification, solution definition, pricing negotiations, contract development, and ensuring successful order fulfillment
  • Manage opportunities through the buying process and monthly forecasts in Salesforce.com
 

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a blended sales and technical background and be proficient in sales methodologies and processes. In addition to exemplary selling skills, the candidate should demonstrate strong communications skills and excellent time management. Senior Account Manager

Greyson Technologies is looking for a Senior Account Manager experienced in selling Voice, Data Center Infrastructure, Security, and Wireless solutions. A candidate with experience selling Cisco, NetApp & VMware based solutions is preferred.

A candidate with business contacts and sales success in medium and large companies headquartered in the state of Florida is also a plus.

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing Greyson Technologies revenues through the sale of products and services. Each Senior Account Manager is responsible for prospecting for new customers and servicing the existing Greyson Technologies customers. Each Senior Account Manager is assigned a quota, which is to be achieved as part of their compensation plan performance criterion as set forth by Greyson Technologies.

Through a defined sales process the Senior Account Manager will identify, secure and maintain revenue streams from new and existing clients.

The job requirements entail cold calling, face-to-face sales calls, strategic account plans and proposals on a monthly basis. In this role the Senior Account Manager is to provide consultative sales and support to customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting within all divisions of defined accounts for new business
  • Developing and driving an account strategy plan
  • Identifying customer needs, develop value enhancing solutions and consulting on alternatives with client
  • Mapping all divisions and key decision makers in account
  • Achieving assigned sales targets within annual time-frame

Network Security Engineer

Greyson Technologies is looking for a Network Security Engineer experienced in designing, implementing, and supporting Networking Infrastructure – wired and wireless, Data Center Networking and Security solutions.

A candidate with Cisco experience is required, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet and FireEye are a plus. A candidate with business contacts and success in medium and large companies headquartered in the state of Florida is also a plus.

The Network Security Engineer performs a variety of technical and operational duties in support of the company’s Networking and Security practices. This is a client facing role where the person would play a post-sales role while acting as a Networking and Security professional. Performing related duties as required. This position provides excellent opportunities for exposure to new and emerging technologies and growth within the industry.  This is a hands-on position, where implementation skills are required.

The Solutions Consultant performs a variety of sales, technical, and operational duties in support of the company’s technology practices. This senior-level resource will be responsible for working with our clients and Outside Sales team to develop designs and proposals.

IT Project Manager

Greyson Technologies is an IT service company. We help our clients design the best solution to meet their technology needs, deliver the changes through smooth and predictable project management, then support their ongoing operations.

As a Project Manager with Greyson, you will be the connection between our clients and our internal team of engineers and account managers. You are the primary contact for stakeholders and will own the management of multiple projects at a time. This includes preparing work breakdown structures, leading kick-off meetings, gathering status updates, clearing obstacles, scheduling outage windows and upgrade dates, and ensuring that client outcomes are met.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Projects range in duration and complexity. You will be supported by a highly-skilled technical team internally but will need to speak the language of IT architecture.

Day-to-day activities include:

  • Lead meetings with clients, in-person and remote
  • Find solutions for obstacles related to scheduling, client time management, and third-party coordination
  • Capture risks and issues and communicate them to all parties
  • Manage multiple projects at a time
