FAMIS 2026 brought together K-12 IT leaders from across Florida at the Caribe Royale in Orlando and Greyson Technologies was proud to be part of it as a Gold Sponsor.
Over three days we had the chance to connect with district technology teams, talk through the challenges they are navigating right now, and share what we have been building across Florida’s most complex K-12 environments. The conversations on the floor were the highlight — hearing directly from the people doing the work every day reinforced why events like this matter.
Greyson and Cisco presented a featured session on network segmentation, covering the real threat landscape facing K-12 districts, how segmentation stops lateral movement before it becomes a crisis, and how to figure out where to start without trying to do everything at once. The room was full and the questions were sharp. Exactly the kind of dialogue this topic deserves.
Sixteen years working with Florida school districts has shaped how we show up at events like this. We are not there to pitch — we are there to listen, learn, and have real conversations about what districts are actually dealing with.
If you were at FAMIS and did not get a chance to connect, we would love to continue the conversation.
