FAEDS continues to be a meaningful event for bringing together the Florida education technology community, and we were grateful to be part of it again this year. Throughout the conference, we had the opportunity to connect with educators and technology leaders at our booth, meet new faces, and reconnect with familiar ones.

In addition to exhibiting, we were proud to host a leadership panel that focused on more than just technology. The discussion centered on leadership, culture, and how people shape outcomes in education. Panelists shared thoughtful perspectives on how leadership evolves over time, the importance of trust and delegation, and the role of adaptability and communication in today’s education and IT environments. A consistent theme throughout the conversation was the importance of tying technology decisions back to people, purpose, and outcomes that support teaching and learning.

We are grateful to the panelists who shared their experience and openness, as well as to everyone who joined the discussion and engaged with thoughtful questions.
