Greyson Earns New Customer Satisfaction Honor

Greyson Technologies, Cisco Customer Satisfaction ExcellenceGreyson Technologies has been recognized once again for outstanding customer service from Cisco. As a Silver Certified Partner, Greyson has received the Customer Service Excellence award, the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.

Greyson was previously awarded the Customer Satisfaction Excellence honor in August 2011 as a Premier Certified Partner. The company moved to Silver Certified status in September 2011, and has since quickly met the higher objectives set by Cisco for a Silver Certified partner to receive this sought-after recognition.
